About The Net+ Prepaid Master Card

What it is

A prepaid card works just like a credit card, with one big difference: You can only spend the money that you’ve loaded on your card. In the same way a debit card is linked to the funds in your bank account, the Net+ Prepaid MasterCard is linked to the balance in your NETELLER eWallet payment account. To load your card, simply put money in to your eWallet.

Net+ cards provide you with instant access to the funds in your NETELLER eWallet. Operating on the MasterCard® platform, they are available in both physical and virtual versions:

Net+ Prepaid MasterCard®

The Net+ Prepaid MasterCard looks, acts and functions like a traditional debit or credit card. It is a plastic card that employs Chip and PIN technology to increase your security and allows you to make withdrawals at ATMs and purchases at POS (Point of Sale) locations that accept MasterCard.

How to get it

Getting a Net+ card is free and easy.

Sign up for an eWallet

Before you can get a Net+ card, you first need to sign up for a free NETELLER eWallet. The NETELLER eWallet is a free, secure payment account you can use to make purchases and payments on thousands of sites.

Add a Net+ card

Once you have the eWallet, simply sign in to your account and select “Net+ cards” from the navigation on the left and follow the instructions on adding a Net+ card to your account.

For maximum security, we will ship your Net+ card and the PIN separately in the mail. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Depending on your country of residence, delivery may take up to 21 days.

While you wait for your Net+ card to arrive, you can instantly set up a Net+ Virtual Prepaid Card to make secure online purchases anywhere MasterCard is accepted.

Activate your card

Once your card arrives, simply sign in to your NETELLER account to activate your card.

Use your Net+ card

As soon as you’ve activated your card, you can use it to pay anywhere MasterCard is accepted, online and off. Simply make a deposit to your NETELLER eWallet to load your card.

All card charges/fees will be converted to and charged in the currency of your NETELLER account. Fee/charges will be drawn directly from your NETELLER account.

Foreign exchange (FX) fees charged on the Net+ card

1. If your Net+ card is in a different currency than your NETELLER account, you will be charged the NETELLER FX fee of 2.5% for each Net+ transaction.
2. If you perform a Net+ transaction in a currency different from your Net+ card, you will be charged the Net+ FX fee of 2.95%.
3. If your NETELLER account is in a different currency from your Net+ card, and you use your card to make transactions in a different currency again, you may be charged both FX fees, as the currency will be converted twice.
4. To save money on FX fees when using the Net+ prepaid card, we recommend that you choose the currency you use most for your ATM and POS transactions if it is available, or the currency of your NETELLER account if your ATM and POS currency is not available.
