Member Wire withdrawals are a simple and secure way to take money out of your NETELLER account and put it directly in your bank account.

Simply follow these easy steps to initiate a Member Wire withdrawal:

1. Send an email to memberwire@neteller.com from the email address registered to your NETELLER account
2. Include a scan or digital photo of your current bank statement, or, if you’re from Japan, a scan or digital photo of your bank book – you will only need to do this step the first time you withdraw to a bank account
3. In the same email, include your first and last name, the amount you wish to withdraw and the phone number registered to your NETELLER account
4. Please allow 2-7 business days for your Member Wire to arrive after receiving your confirmation email

A 10.5 EUR (or equivalent currency) fee applies to all Member Wire withdrawals.
