NETELLER has become one of the most trusted online payment systems in the world by giving our members the freedom to make purchases and secure online payments without worrying about their security and privacy.
We’re constantly updating and improving our online payment system to ensure that your money always gets where it needs to go, safely and securely.
When you make a payment with your NETELLER eWallet, we’ll never pass on your personal financial details to merchant sites, keeping your data safe and your identity protected against fraud.
When you put money in to your NETELLER Account with your credit card, you’ll enjoy the protection of 3-D Secure™ through Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode. 3-D Secure™ requires you to enter a unique user-generated PIN each time you make an online credit card payment for ultra safe online shopping.
128-bit encryption technology, identity verification and real-time transaction monitoring are just a few of the ways we ensure your account information is always secure and you have the most up to date online fraud protection.
As a UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) authorised company, NETELLER holds more than 100% of your account balance in trust accounts, which means your money’s always there when you need it.
If you have forgotten or lost your password, you can retrieve your NETELLER password here.
If you don’t remember your Account ID and Secure ID, you can retrieve them here.

If your Net+ Prepaid MasterCard ® has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at +1.403.212.3025. Your card will be cancelled immediately to prevent unauthorised usage. Please note that a fee may be applied for repeat card issues (i.e. if you lose your card frequently).
Once a card has been cancelled, you must apply for a new prepaid card by signing in to your NETELLER Account and completing the same application steps that you did previously. The card will arrive within 30 business days following your request. When you receive the card, you can activate it by clicking on the “Activate the card” link and entering your card number. Please, take note of the 4 digit PIN code that will be provided on this page.
Our security measures are designed to keep you safe online and off. But there are also precautions you should take with your account to protect your security. Here are some tips on staying safe online:
Regularly review your transaction history. If you think someone used your account to make a transaction, immediately change your password and contact NETELLER Customer Service.
Never share your account information with anyone. Nobody needs to know your Account ID, Secure ID or password but you.
Create a complex and unique password that is different from any other passwords you use. A strong password should be at least 8 characters long, won’t contain your real name and should contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals and at least one special character (i.e. ` ~ ! @ # $ %).
If you’re not running the most up-to-date version of your web browser, you may be missing critical security patches and updates. You can get the latest version from the developer’s homepage.
It doesn’t matter how diligent you are online if your hardware is unsecure. Make sure your computer uses precautions like antivirus software and firewalls to prevent intruders from getting into your network or computer. And never open executable files from unfamiliar sources.
When you’re finished using your NETELLER Account, don’t close the browser window without signing out first. This will clear your browser’s cache and protect you from anyone signing in as you.
Never sign in to NETELLER from a public computer—you don’t own it so you can’t know how safe it is. This includes computer terminals at hotels, libraries, airports and internet cafes.
Like many reputable online companies and financial institutions, NETELLER is occasionally the victim of email scammers who seek to trick our customers into sharing confidential personal details that the scammers can then use to defraud the customers.
Although there are many variations of the “phishing” scam, they all operate along similar lines. You’ll receive an email from a well-known brand or website that looks official, down to the logos, colours and type that you’ve come to expect from that company.
Upon opening the email, you’ll be directed to click a link to sign in to your account. Some emails will claim that your account has been suspended or will be if you don’t respond, others that you’re due to receive a refund, still others that you can get free money by following the link.
Instead of directing you to a company’s real website, however, these links will direct members to a page that looks almost identical to the site of the company whose customers they’re trying to target. On this page, you will be asked to enter your personal details, including your account information.
If you enter these details, the scammers may try to use your personal information to access your account or even steal your identity.
How can you protect yourself against phishing emails? First you need to know what they look like. Here are a few things to look for so you can protect your NETELLER Account:
If you think you’ve received a phishing email, please forward it to phishing@neteller.com.
If you think there have been instances of misuse on your account, please submit a report through our email support form and we will investigate the situation. To ensure your payment security enquiry is dealt with as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:
Upon receipt, a NETELLER Customer Service agent will contact you to confirm that your payment security enquiry has been received and to gather any further information that may be required. If necessary, the Customer Service agent will suspend your account to ensure no further instances of fraud can occur and the suspension will remain in place for the duration of the investigation process.
Please note:
Due to the various factors that affect our review, it is difficult to pinpoint the exact length of time needed to conclude a specific investigation. However, as appropriate, NETELLER will provide a formal response within 24 hours of conducting the investigation.
