The Net+ Mastercard® is a convenient reloadable payment instrument designed to provide a seamless online and in-store payment experience. It is directly linked to your Neteller account balance, so you have instant access to your funds anytime, anywhere.
With the physical Net+ Mastercard® you can make payments both online and at physical locations where Mastercard® is accepted while the Net+ Virtual Mastercard® allows you to pay online only.
What is the currency of the Net+ Mastercard® and can it be changed?
The physical and virtual Net+ Mastercard® are issued in BRL currency only. If your primary Neteller account balance is in a different currency, we recommend closing your existing account and creating a new one in BRL primary currency. This will help you save on any fees associated with currency conversion when making transactions.
Can I use my secondary account balance for payments with the Net+ Mastercard®?
With the Net+ Mastercard® you can only make payments using the funds available in your primary Neteller account balance. Transactions cannot be processed using your secondary account balance.
Can I use the Net+ Mastercard® for gambling activities?
Please be aware that the card cannot be used for any transactions related to gambling activities, including online casinos, betting shops, etc.
What card type should I select when requested by a merchant?
When making transactions with your Net+ Mastercard®, if asked, always select ‘credit card’ as the card type.
