How can I temporarily lock my card?
The Lock card button is an on/off switch that you can use to block spending with your Net+ Mastercard®. You can easily use this feature within seconds. Whether you are logged into your account from a web browser or through our mobile app, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the Net+ Card section.
- Select the Physical or Virtual card tab depending on which one you wish to manage.
- Press the Lock icon to lock or unlock your card.
How do I report a lost or stolen card?
To report a lost or stolen card, log into your Neteller account and go to the Net+ Card section.

Your card will be cancelled immediately, and you will be able to apply for a new one.
