How do I change the name on my NETELLER account?
We can help you change the name on your NETELLER account if it's misspelled or if you've legally changed your name. Note that we can’t change the name on your account to another person’s name.
To assist with the correction, simply contact us via an available contact channel below.
If you’ve had an official name change due to marriage, nationality change or other legal reasons, we’ll need you to provide an up-to-date identity document which proves the name change, such as:
- a name change certificate,
- a marriage certificate, or
- a valid ID document showing both your maiden and married name.
If you haven’t verified your NETELLER account yet, please upload the document via the Settings > Verification section.
