What is UXCam?
UXCam is an analytical tool, which NETELLER uses for optimizing our services by recording customers' interactions with our mobile application.
What data is collected?
We collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable data. We hide all sensitive data fields and do not record any of your personal information. We do not see inputs, only your actions upon interacting with our mobile app.
How do you use the collected data?
We use the collected data for analyzing customers' overall application experience, identifying app bugs and possible product improvements.
How do I manage my data preferences?
Participating in customer analytics is not mandatory. You may manage your data preference via the mobile application`s Profile > Privacy settings > Data preferences section.
