How do I withdraw money to my Visa® card?
The Visa® withdrawal option lets you transfer money from your NETELLER account to a personal Visa® credit/debit card. To find out if this option is available to you, go to the Money out section of your account. Before initiating a withdraw to your Visa® card, take a moment to verify your NETELLER account.
How do I withdraw money to my Visa® card?
- Go to the Money out section of your NETELLER account.
- Click Withdraw Now under Credit or debit card.
- Choose a card and click Next. If you haven’t registered a Visa® card, click Add a Visa® card and input your card details.
- Enter the amount and click Next.
- A summary page with your withdrawal information will appear. Click Confirm.

How long does it take to receive the money?
The estimated time frame for processing a Visa® withdrawal is up to 3 business days.
Why did my withdrawal fail?
NETELLER uses the OCT (Original Credit Transaction) payment method to process Visa® payouts online. If your Visa® withdrawal failed, contact your card issuer to check if they support OCT payouts. If not, please use an alternative withdrawal option from the ones available in the Money out section of your account.
My Visa® withdrawal is missing. What should I do?
On the rare occasion that within 3 business days your withdrawal is neither reflected into your Visa® card nor returned to your NETELLER account, please contact us by filling the below form.
