Knect – NETELLER Loyalty Programme FAQs

1. What is Knect?

Knect is Paysafe Financial Services Limited and Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited(“NETELLER”) Loyalty Programme (“Programme”), which rewards NETELLER account holders for making transactions and connections. Transfer funds using the NETELLER wallet and you will earn Knect Loyalty Points which can be redeemed for a variety of rewards and gifts.

2. Who is eligible to join the Knect programme?

Subject to the NETELLER Knect Loyalty Programme Rules in order to be able to sign up to the Knect programme, it must be available in your country and you must be a current NETELLER account holder. Additional qualifying criteria may apply.

3. Is the Knect programme free to join?

Yes, it is completely free to join.

4. How do I join Knect?

Enrol into the Knect Programme by:

a) Logging in to your existing NETELLER account via

b) Select the gift Knect icon at the top of the navigation 

c) Accepting the NETELLER Knect Loyalty Programme Rules.

5. What am I agreeing to by joining the Knect Programme?

By joining Knect, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the NETELLER Knect Loyalty Programme Rules and by any changes or modifications we may make to those terms and conditions at any point of time.

6. What are the Terms and Conditions of the Programme?

Please refer to the NETELLER Knect Loyalty Rules for the full version of the terms and conditions of the Programme. We may run customized ad-hoc promotions available to groups of users for limited periods of time. All such promotions will be communicated to eligible participants upfront. 

7. How do I earn Knect loyalty points?

You earn points by conducting any of the below listed Qualifying Transactions (as defined in the NETELLER Knect Loyalty Programme Rules). The table shows the current points you receive per one USD (currency equivalent)

You also have the option to boost your points by taking part in our ad-hoc customized promotions.

a. You have made an upload to your NETELLER account from our multiple depositing options, excluding Paysafecard.

Transactions to some merchants might not qualify you for the earning of points. For more information please visit the Knect Module on ‘My Account’ and familiarize yourselves with the NETELLER Knect Loyalty Programme Rules.

8. Are there any limitations to the loyalty points I can earn?

Yes, you can earn a maximum of 1,000 (one thousand) points per qualifying transaction and a combined limit of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) points in a calendar month.

Any rounding will be done to the lower number (for example, if you transact an amount of up to USD 0.5 you will get zero points. If you transact an amount of USD 1.1 – USD 1.9 you will receive 1 loyalty point).

9. How long do I have to redeem my points?

Points will expire on a fixed date every rolling calendar year, after you have earned the points. The fixed rolling calendar day, month and time is 1st January 00:00 GMT

Example: if you earn points on 4 February 2021, they will expire 1 January 2023 at 00:00.GMT

10. What rewards are available?

Please refer to the ‘Redeem loyalty points’ section within your Knect dashboard, for all currently available rewards.

11. How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your NETELLER account and click the gift Knect icon at the top of the navigation 

b) Select ‘Redeem points’ in the top navigation on your Knect dashboard; 
c) Select your reward.

12. When will my points be available?

Points will be made available upon settlement of your transaction, which typically happens within a few hours after authorization.

13. Where do I check my points balance?

a) Go to your Knect dashboard, by logging into your NETELLER account and click ‘Knect‘ using the side navigation.
b) Select "Points history" within the top navigation

14. Can my membership be revoked?

In the case of fraud or abuse with respect to participation in the NETELLER Knect Loyalty Programme or involving points or in case NETELLER have reasonable grounds to suspect you in fraud or abuse with respect to participation in the NETELLER Knect Loyalty Programme or involving points, NETELLER have the right, in its sole discretion, to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, and all points earned through the Programme by you may be forfeited and your Programme participation terminated. Fraud or abuse includes, but is not limited to, any activity between NETELLER account holders or between NETELLER account holders and merchants whose principal purpose is to earn points. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or NETELLER have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to terminate your Programme participation and refuse any and all current or future access to, or use of the Programme. Membership in the Programme, including any points that may have been issued to you, may be revoked or suspended at NETELLER sole discretion.

15. Can the Knect Loyalty Programme be modified or terminated?

Yes. NETELLER may, in its sole discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the Knect Loyalty Programme, or any aspect or feature of the Knect Loyalty Programme, upon 30 days’ prior notice, even if such changes may affect points already earned and/or the value of a reward already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem. Changes that make the Knect Loyalty Programme more favourable to you shall come into effect immediately if so stated in the change notice. We usually contact you via email. For this purpose you must at all times maintain at least one valid email address in your NETELLER Account profile. You are required to check for incoming messages regularly and frequently. Emails may contain links to further communication on our Website.

16. How do I terminate my Knect membership?

If you decide you no longer want to be part of the Knect Loyalty Programme, you may cancel your participation at any time by:

a) Logging into, 

b) Using the side navigation select ‘Settings’ 

c) Clicking on ’Account settings‘ 

d) Selecting Loyalty programme 

e) Clicking on ‘Deactivate’

17. What happens to my points when I terminate or cancel my Knect membership?

Your points history will be saved for a further 12 months’ period. After that, if you have not re-opted into the Knect Loyalty programme your points and history will be removed permanently. To re-opt in go back to your NETELLER account, select ‘Knect’ in the side navigation and re-join.

18. Do other rules, terms and conditions apply?

As a general rule, the use of your NET+ Prepaid Mastercard® is subject to the NETELLER Terms of Use

Use and operation of your NETELLER account is subject to the NETELLER Account Terms Of Use

Purchase of interest in one or more Supported Cryptocurrencies is subject to the NETELLER Cryptocurrency Terms of Use
