A new way to verify your Account
We’ve recently changed the way we verify accounts at NETELLER. In line with new regulation, this is part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring your details remain secure and that you can access the full set of features we offer.

We have a responsibility to ensure that the way we verify our customers’ identity meets current regulatory requirements. Therefore, you are required to complete the short additional verification step(s) as soon as you can – it should take no more than 5 minutes.
- Log in to your NETELLER Account.
- Click “Learn More” in the information banner at the top of your account dashboard.
- Complete the short verification process when prompted.
Please have your National ID Card/Driving License and a utility bill (issued within the last 90 days) ready. Upon submitting clear images – your account can be verified in under 5 minutes.

Verification makes us confident that you say who you are and that you are located where you say you are located. Verification allows us to do more for you, such as increasing or even removing the limits applied to your account.
Our verification process is designed to be fully compliant with our regulatory requirements as a regulated payment processing company. To comply with regulations, we are required to verify the identity and personal details of our customers. This also serves to enhance the security of your NETELLER Account. Additional verification also allows you to process more transactions in and out of your account.
To check if your account is verified, simply check your “Account status” on your Account overview once you have logged into your NETELLER Account.
All member requests are handled with high priority within 24 hours. You will receive an email once verification is complete or if we need additional information. Please be kindly advised that it may happen so that due to unpredictable circumstances there could be a delay of not more than three business days.
We are obligated to complete certain verifications on their customers and their transactions. When you reach a certain volume of transactions, in accordance with our responsibilities as an FCA regulated financial institution and for security reasons, we are required to verify your identity.
An easy way to ensure you have continuous access to all your wallet benefits is to actively complete your identity verification. To complete the verification of your account, simply add money to your account and click on the verifications tab in ‘Settings’ and follow the onscreen instructions.
Payments are subject to payment limits due to security and legal requirements. These limits are set dynamically depending on your verification status. In case your limits are not sufficient to cover the payment you intend to make, we won’t be able to proceed with the payment processing unless you provide the requested documents.
All members go through the same verification process by providing valid proof of their identity and address documents. If you are facing technical or other difficulties with the verification process, please contact our Customer Support Team to assist you with it.
