Receiving funds and paying online on merchants’ websites with your NETELLER balance is free of charge. You can send funds to other NETELLER customers for a small fee or for free depending on your User Level or VIP Level.
What are the fees for the Net+ Prepaid Mastercard®?
All the fees and charges related to your Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® can be found here. VIP members can apply for the prepaid card for free.
Is there any foreign exchange fee?
