The Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® is available only to residents of authorized European Economic Area (EEA) countries and the UK.

You should receive your Net+ Card within 15 business days after your application. However, our local carrier provider may be experiencing delivery delays. Therefore, please, allow up to 20 business days for your Net+ card to arrive before reporting it as undelivered.

We can cancel your undelivered card upon your request so you can apply for a new one. Note that this action is irreversible. If you receive the canceled plastic with delay, you will not be able to activate it.
