Why have I not received my Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® on time?
This article specifically applies for the Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® offered in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK. For inquiries regarding the Net+ Virtual Mastercard® offered in Brazil, please refer to the appropriate section.
You should receive your Net+ Card within 15 business days after your application.
We advise on allowing 1-2 additional weeks to pass in case you haven't received your card yet. You can also check with nearby postal offices in your area if your Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® was delivered there. If your card is still not delivered after this period, visit the Net+ Card section in your account and press the ‘I haven’t received my card’ button to get instant help on this matter.
Alternatively, you can contact us via the available channel below, providing your postal address in the following format:

We can cancel your undelivered card upon your request so you can apply for a new one. Note that this action is irreversible. If you receive the cancelled plastic with delay, you will not be able to activate it.
Can I get a digital copy of my renewal card to use while waiting for the plastic to arrive?
A digital copy of the physical Net+ Card’s details (expiry date, CVV, card number) is provided in the account and ready for use instantly upon order only upon new card applications. This feature is not available for automated Net+ Card renewals.
If your Net+ Card is pending renewal but you wish to get a digital copy of the new card’s details once issued, you can opt out of the automated card renewal and wait for your existing Net+ Card to expire or cancel it. Then, you can order a new Net+ Card via the section Net+ Card > Physical card. This way a digital copy of the card’s details will be made available to you instantly once you complete your new card application. Note that an application fee will be charged as opposed to the automated card renewal which is free of charge.
