Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® Express delivery

Express delivery is a hassle-free prepaid card shipping method that offers many benefits. Enjoy fast delivery with our shipping partner DHL, the ability to track the shipping progress, and minimize the risk of your card being miss-delivered.

How can I order my prepaid card with express delivery?

If available in your region, you`ll see express delivery with DHL as a shipping method when applying for a new prepaid card. 

  1. Visit the Net+ Card section and press Physical card > Get your card.
  2. Create a 4-digit card PIN and enter a valid delivery address. 
  3. Select Delivery option > Express delivery and enter a valid phone number matching your registered country of residence. The courier will use this number to reach you when your delivery arrives.
  4. Review the summary details and confirm your card application.

Ensure you submit a valid delivery address and contact number upon your card application. The express delivery fee is not subject to refund in case of incorrectly entered delivery details.

How can I track the delivery progress?

Our shipping partner DHL will send an e-mail and/or text message confirming that your Net+ card is on its way. It will contain your tracking link and estimated delivery time frame. You can use the tracking link to manage your delivery options by visiting DHL`s website.

DHL will also send an e-mail/text message reminder on the delivery day.

What is the express delivery cost?

We apply an express delivery fee on top of our regular 10 USD card application fee. We`ll show the total delivery cost via the prepaid card application summary screen. Learn more about our fees.

What can I do if my delivery is late?

Prepaid cards ordered with express delivery may take up to 6 business days to arrive. If you haven't received your card within the specified timeframe or need assistance with your delivery, contact our shipping partner DHL directly.

You may access the tracking link sent to your NETELLER primary e-mail/phone number provided during the card application. This link is also accessible via your NETELLER account`s Net+ card section. 

Use the tracking link to see the delivery progress and delivery address you specified upon your card application. Via DHL`s website, you may re-schedule or change the delivery address at hand.

If your card application must be canceled due to delivery issues and our shipping partner DHL failed to assist, contact us via one of the below contact channels.
