How can I order a physical Net+ Prepaid Mastercard®?
This article specifically applies for the Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® offered in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK. For inquiries regarding the Net+ Virtual Mastercard® offered in Brazil, please refer to the appropriate section.
If you are an existing NETELLER customer residing in a supported country, with a fully verified account, you can order a Net+ Card right now.
How can I order a physical Net+ card?
- Visit the Net+ Card section and click Get your Card.
- Set your card PIN.
- Review your shipping address and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
- Select a delivery option and Confirm.

How long would it take to receive the card?
The expected delivery timeframe will be displayed according to the delivery method selected during your application.
Are there any fees?
A card application fee will be charged. If express delivery is used, additional charges apply and will be displayed on the application summary screen. Learn more about our fees.
Can I use the card for online payments while waiting for it to be delivered?
Once you apply for a Net+ Prepaid Physical Mastercard® you will also gain access to a pre-activated digital copy of the card’s details (CVV, expiry date, card number) available in your NETELLER account. Thanks to this, you can start using the card details immediately for online payments and contactless POS and ATM transactions via a mobile wallet (i.e., Apple Pay/Google Pay).
The physical copy of your Net+ card cannot be used for contactless POS and ATM payments until a first transaction via Chip and the 4-digit PIN you’ve set up upon application is made.
Note: The feature is not available when a replacement or automated renewal card is issued.
