If you’re experiencing any type of domestic or financial abuse, tell us how we can help:

  • log into your account via a web browser, go to Settings > Personal details > Additional support programme > Edit, and select all options that apply, or
  • contact us via the available channel at the end of the article.

We’ll use this information to see if there’s anything we can do to help, including:

  • changing the way we contact you to ensure your safety
  • offering to temporarily restrict account access or activity if needed
  • providing a safe and confidential environment for you to share information
  • referring you to specialist organizations that can provide immediate support and guidance.

The details you share with us will be added as a note to your account, so we can offer you the best support for your situation. We’ll never share your information outside of NETELLER, unless required to do so by law. We’ll always ask for your consent before making any changes to the way we support you, unless we believe it’s necessary for your wellbeing.
