How do I locate my customer ID number?
Your customer ID is a unique number linked to your NETELLER wallet, consisting of 9-12 digits based on how long ago you registered. Depending on how you access your NETELLER wallet, there are two ways to check your customer ID:
Via web browser login
Once you've logged into your account, click on your registered names in the top right corner of the screen. Your user ID will be displayed there:

Via mobile app login
Once you've logged into your account, click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Your user ID will be displayed under your registered names.
