I had a NETELLER account in the past. How can I reactivate it?
If you have recently closed your NETELLER account* but you wish to use it again, simply contact us via one of the available channels below, and our team will make sure to assist you accordingly. When you email us, you should type in your names and your primary registered email address; then, select the Account category and the 'I want to reopen my account' case issue.
If you're not sure what is the current status of your NETELLER account, you may try to reset your password upon login by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link. If your account is still active, you will be able to access it and take full advantage of its features. If not, the fastest way to retrieve it is to chat with our Virtual Assistant Leo. Simply click the chat button in the bottom right corner of your screen.
You'll need to enter your primary registered email address, type in 'I can't log in' and then select the respective issue from the drop-down menu.
In case your account is restricted but you still have access to it, simply log in and follow the instructions within the Dashboard/Home section to reactivate it.
*You are allowed to hold only one NETELLER account in your name. Attempting to create a second one may lead to usage restrictions and service disruptions.
