Why is my withdrawal to a crypto wallet missing?

Don't invest unless you're prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you should not expect to be protected if something goes wrong. Take two minutes to learn more.

Blockchain transactions usually take between 5 and 60 minutes to appear in the recipient crypto wallet.

In rare cases, your transaction may remain pending for up to 24 hours. If the withdrawal fails, we will notify you on-screen or send an e-mail notification once the payment status is updated.

If your crypto withdrawal appears as successful in your account, but the transaction was not received into your crypto wallet:

  • Check your Neteller account transaction history to see if there is an error in the provided crypto address as each address is unique.
  • Check your crypto wallet to see whether the block with the respective transaction has been verified. There might be networking congestion, which can lead to verification delays.

You can trace your payment by selecting it from your Neteller transaction history and pressing ‘View transaction on the blockchain’. To locate your transaction on the blockchain explorer:

  1. Use the ‘Amount received’ value from your Neteller transaction history.
  2. Search with this amount in the relevant blockchain tab (e.g., Internal Transactions, Token Transfers, Transfers, etc.).
  3. Once located, click on the Txn Hash or transaction ID to view full details.

When viewing your transaction on the blockchain, it will always be marked as incoming (usually with a green indicator).

Note:

  • ETH cryptocurrency withdrawals are recorded under the ‘Internal transactions’ tab.
  • Ethereum token transfers (e.g., USDC, SHIB, LINK, etc.) are recorded under the ‘Token transfers (ERC-20)’ blockchain tab.
  • Arbitrum is a sublayer of the Ethereum network and uses the same wallet address format. This may lead to mistakenly searching for a transaction under Ethereum instead of Arbitrum (or vice versa). Please check which network you’ve selected when instructing your transaction.
