How can I temporarily lock my card?
The Lock card button is an on/off switch that you can use to block spending with your Net+ Virtual Mastercard®. You can easily use this feature within seconds. Whether you are logged into your account from a web browser or through our mobile app, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the Net+ Card section.
- Press on the Lock icon to lock or unlock your card.
Please note that when your card is locked, details such as the card number and CVV code will not be accessible. However, certain transactions like credits, refunds, and card-related fees will still be processed as usual.
How do I manage my card limits?
You can easily monitor the spending limits of your Net+ Virtual Mastercard® by accessing the Net+ Card section in your account.
When logged in through a web browser you can also adjust these limits by visiting the section Net+ Card > Spending limits. Please note that modifying the limits within the displayed allowable range is possible, but exceeding the range is not permitted.
