How do I get support via my NETELLER account?

We now give you the opportunity to interact with us and view all your communication in one place by clicking on Contact us within your NETELLER account.

You can send us a message or give us a call.

Once you connected with us using the in-account Contact us functionality, you can easily track the already logged inquires by navigating through the options View, Reply or Close.

Once there is a response from our end you will receive an email notification inviting you to login to your account.

If you select the Reply action, you can add a new message, which will be merged into the existing one and upload up to 5 files with max size 20 MB in total. The supported file types are png, jpg, jpeg, gif, tiff, pdf, xls, xlsx, csv, doc, docx.

If your inquiry is no longer valid, you can select the Close option. Please note that you will not be able to add a reply to closed inquiries, but you will be able to view them.
