I've changed my address. How do I update it?
Moving to another city
You can review and update your address via section Settings > Personal details (available only via web browser).
Note: The address details you register in NETELLER account must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
To avoid any issues with your address correction, check the guidelines below:
- Ensure you use standard address format
- Use a residential address
- Your registered state should match your current address
- Ensure you have entered the address correctly and did not miss any numbers
- Your ZIP/postal code and city should match
- Do not use symbols (e.g. -, #, @)
- We don't accept P.O. boxes as a valid address
If you’ve moved from one country within the European Economic Area (EEA)* to another, simply contact us by clicking on the available contact channel below and tell us your new address, so that we may update it for you.
Note: We may at our discretion request a document proving your new address if you reside in one of the following countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden.
Moving to/from another country outside the EEA
If you’ve moved from an EEA country to outside the EEA, or from outside the EEA to a country within the EEA, close your existing NETELLER account and register a new one in your new country using an alternative e-mail address.
Moving to/from any other country
If you’ve moved to or from any other country, you should send us an address verification document as proof of the change. Simply contact us by clicking on the available contact channel below and we’ll help you with this.
