How do I fully activate a newly ordered card?

If your new Net+ Card is not a replacement of a lost, stolen, or damaged card nor an automated renewal, all you need to do to fully enable it is to perform your first transaction with the physical card at a POS or ATM using chip and PIN.

In case you have forgotten your card’s 4-digit PIN code, you can retrieve it via the Show card PIN button in the Net+ Card section of your account.

How do I activate a replacement or renewal card?

To activate a replacement/renewal card, follow the steps below:

  1. Within your NETELLER account go to the section Net+ Card > Physical Card > Activate.
  2. Enter the last 4 card digits of the card’s number, the CVV code (the 3-digit number on the back of the card), your date of birth.
  3. Upon successful activation, you’ll be prompted to set your new 4-digit card PIN.
  4. Perform your first transaction with the card at ATM or physical POS inserting the card in the device to validate your PIN.

For security purposes, do not store your PIN electronically nor in writing and do not disclose it to anyone.

If you are unable to activate your Net+ Card, contact us via the available channel below. Be ready to confirm the last 4 digits of your card number and its expiry date.

Do I have to enroll my renewal card to Apple Pay or Google Pay again?

If your existing Net+ Card is enrolled in Apple Pay or Google Pay, you won’t have to enroll your renewal card. As soon as your renewal card is activated, the digital tokens associated with the expired card should continue to work for your new card. If a renewal is not issued, all digital tokens will be deleted as soon as your existing card expires.

A digital token is the virtual number generated for each card enrolled with a mobile wallet, usually (i.e., Apple Pay or Google Pay).
