What do I do if my Net+ Prepaid MasterCard® is lost or stolen?

 Net+ card is only available to residents of authorized European Economic Area (EEA) countries. To report a lost or stolen card, log into your NETELLER account and go to the Net+ Card section.  Alternatively, you could call our dedicated "Lost & Stolen card" line (available 24/7) by clicking on the phone icon below.

Your card will be cancelled immediately, and you will be able to apply for a new one.
