I have not received my Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® on time

This article specifically applies for the Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® offered in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK. For inquiries regarding the Net+ Virtual Mastercard® offered in Brazil, please refer to the appropriate section.

You should receive your Net+ Card within 15 business days after your application. 

If you have not received your card after this time, please contact the NETELLER Help Team, by clicking on the available contact channel below, providing your postal address in the following format:

We can cancel your undelivered card upon your request so you can apply for a new one. Note that this action is irreversible. If you receive the canceled plastic with delay, you will not be able to activate it.
