Why has my NETELLER International Money Transfer not arrived yet?
Once funded successfully, NETELLER International Money Transfers are generally processed instantly where possible, or within 1-2 business days. The timeframe depends on the destination option and funding method you have selected. You will see it displayed when you fill your transaction details and on the Transfer summary page.
Why has my NETELLER International Money Transfer not arrived yet?
Possible reasons for a delayed transfer include but are not limited to:
- bank holidays
- incorrect or inactive mobile wallet provided
- incorrect bank account number/IBAN provided
- closed recipient bank account
- incorrect or incomplete beneficiary bank account holder names
- technical issues
What should I do if the processing timeframe has passed but my transfer is still missing?
Depending on the status of your transfer, you may need to take additional steps so it can be completed successfully. You can check this via the My Transfers tab:
- Complete - Please allow 1 additional business day to pass and then get in touch with our support team in case the funds have not been received yet.
- Unsuccessful/Canceled - Check if the transaction details you provided are incorrect/incomplete and reattempt your transfer entering the correct information.
- Verification Pending - Follow the instructions on screen and verify your account.
- Processing - If your funding has already been processed successfully, please get in touch with us.
In case the beneficiary institution returns your transfer back to NETELLER, we will refund the money back to the original payment instrument used for the funding where possible or credit it to your NETELLER account balance.
Can I cancel my transfer?
Transfers cannot be cancelled once we have received your payment and sent it to your chosen destination.
