How can I change the currency of my NETELLER account?
NETELLER allows you to hold multiple balances in different currencies. Explore your options before making a decision:
- You can add secondary balances in different currencies to your NETELLER account. To create a new currency balance in your wallet, visit the Exchange tab and convert your existing funds to the currency you wish to hold. You can also create a new balance by depositing money in the desired currency via the Money in tab.
- If you are a NETELLER VIP customer, it may also be possible for you to have multiple accounts in different currencies depending on your VIP level. Find out more about the benefits of becoming a NETELLER VIP customer.
- If you wish to change the currency of your primary balance, you need to close your current account and register a new one in the desired currency. Please have in mind that this will result in losing access to your transaction history, and your current Net+ card will no longer be active. To start the process, first withdraw/spend your balance. Once the transaction is finalized, you may close your account from Settings > Account Settings > Account Status > Close Account and then create a new account in the desired currency using a new e-mail address.
