Can I get a refund for a purchase with my Net+ Virtual Mastercard®? (Brazil)

To request a refund for a purchase made with your Net+ Virtual Mastercard®, we recommend reaching out directly to the merchant. Refund processes may vary depending on the merchant's Terms of Use. They may offer full or partial reimbursement, or they may work to resolve any issues with your order.

In the case of non-delivery of goods, please check the expected delivery date and review the purchase conditions before requesting a refund from the merchant.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

The refund amount will be reflected in your balance once we receive it in our system. For an estimated timeframe for refunds, we suggest contacting the merchant directly.

Can I get a refund if my card is locked, suspended, or canceled?

You can receive a refund regardless of the status of your account or card. The returned amount will be reflected in your primary NETELLER account balance.

I contacted the merchant, but they refused to issue a refund.

If you have tried to request a refund but the merchant is uncooperative, please reach out to us. Keep in mind that any pending transactions must be completed before we can initiate a dispute on your behalf.

Are refunds to the card possible without prior payment to the merchant?

Currently, refunds to the Net+ Virtual Mastercard® without a prior payment made with it to the merchant are not possible. However, we are actively working on enabling this option in the near future to provide you with more flexibility.
