How do I retrieve my Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® details?
This article specifically applies for the Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® offered in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK. For inquiries regarding the Net+ Virtual Mastercard® offered in Brazil, please refer to the appropriate section.
You can retrieve the card number and CVV code of your Net+ card by following these steps:
- Visit the Net+ Card section in your account.
- Select your physical or virtual Net+ card and press Show card details.
- Verify this action by entering your 6-digit Secure ID. You can also do it with biometrics (fingerprint) on the mobile app.
Please protect your card details, never write them down and never disclose them to anyone.
