Is the Net+ Mastercard® available in my country?
The Net+ Mastercard® can be used at over 35 million locations worldwide. However, it is available only to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Brazil.
For your reference, below is a list of all countries where we offer both physical and virtual Net+ Prepaid Mastercard®. Note that this list is not conclusive and is subject to change.

Net+ card in Brazil: Currently, we only offer a Net+ Virtual Mastercard® in Brazil. We understand the significance of having a physical card for payments, however such is not available at present. Stay tuned for future updates on our product and feature offerings.
Where can the Net+ Mastercard® be used when travelling abroad?
You can use your Net+ Mastercard® in almost every country in the world as long as the website, POS terminal or ATM you are paying at accepts Mastercard®.
What will happen with my Net+ Mastercard® if I move to a country where it is not supported?
Moving to a country where the Net+ Mastercard® is not offered does not imply that your existing card will be cancelled straightaway. Feel free to continue using it until it expires.
Keep in mind that once your Net+ Mastercard® is cancelled regardless of the reason why (e.g., expiry, reported as lost, stolen or damaged, manually cancelled), it will be permanently disabled. You will not be able to order a new card unless you move to a country where it is supported.
Will I be informed if the Net+ card becomes available in more countries?
