1. La Promoción
1.1 Por la presente, NETELLER otorga a los titulares de Cuentas de NETELLER existentes que utilicen el Servicio de transferencia de dinero internacional NETELLER (la "Transferencia de dinero internacional NETELLER") un Código de crédito promocional (tal y como se estipula en la tabla a continuación) que puede utilizarse para transacciones internacionales según lo especificado en la tabla siguiente durante el Período de la Promoción. 1.2 La Promoción estará en vigor desde el 15 de abril de 2022, 11:00 GMT, hasta el 29 de abril de 2022, 23:59 GMT (el "Período de la Promoción").
2. Criterios de admisibilidad
Para poder participar en esta Promoción, deberá:
a) tener una Cuenta registrada en NETELLER de acuerdo con las Condiciones de uso de NETELLER ("Cuenta");
b) haber aceptado los Términos y Condiciones de la transferencia de dinero internacional de NETELLER y ser un usuario de nuevo registro o existente de la Transferencia de dinero internacional de NETELLER;
c) haber completado previamente al menos una (1) transacción SMT con éxito;
d) no utilizar su Cuenta con fines comerciales;
e) no ser un empleado ni un familiar directo de un empleado de ninguna empresa del grupo Paysafe, Skrill o NETELLER. Con el fin de evitar toda duda, un "familiar directo" se refiere a cualquier persona que pueda tener una de las siguientes relaciones con el empleado: a/ cónyuge y padres del mismo; b/ hijos e hijas y cónyuges de los mismos; c/ padres y cónyuges de los mismos; d/ hermanos y hermanas y cónyuges de los mismos; e/ abuelos/as y nietos/as y cónyuges de los mismos; f/ pareja doméstica o pareja de hecho y padres de la misma, incluyendo parejas domésticas de cualquier persona incluida desde a/ hasta g/ de esta definición; y g/ cualquier persona con relación o afinidad consanguínea cuyo vínculo con el empleado sea equivalente a una relación familiar;
f) no ser proveedor de servicios ni familiar directo de un proveedor de servicios de ninguna empresa del grupo Paysafe;
g) tener al menos 18 años de edad;
h) no residir o encontrarse en ningún país donde los productos y/u operaciones de Skrill y NETELLER, según corresponda, tengan prohibido ofrecer Cuentas.
Las condiciones anteriores se denominan colectivamente “Criterios de admisibilidad”. Si satisface los criterios de admisibilidad, usted es un participante apto a los efectos de esta promoción. NETELLER se reserva el derecho de pedir a los participantes que ofrezcan pruebas que demuestren que cumplen con alguno o con todos los criterios de admisibilidad y puede, a su exclusivo criterio, descalificar a cualquier participante si dichas pruebas no se ofrecen dentro de un lapso de tiempo razonable según estipule NETELLER o si NETELLER (actuando razonablemente) no queda satisfecho con el cumplimiento de los criterios de admisibilidad.
3. Transacciones elegibles
3.1 Las Transacciones elegibles (referidas por el presente como "Transacciones elegibles") son transacciones exitosas autorizadas por la Transferencia de dinero internacional NETELLER (con sujeción a los Términos y condiciones de uso de la Transferencia de dinero internacional NETELLER) desde una cuenta bancaria o tarjeta compatible a una cuenta bancaria o móvil del receptor. Los Receptores pueden no ser titulares de Cuentas de NETELLER en el momento de autorizar la Transacción elegible.
3.2 Las siguientes transacciones no se considerarán Transacciones elegibles:
a) Transacciones estándar de persona a persona a través de la cartera de NETELLER;
d) transacciones entre cuentas vinculadas, incluyendo transacciones entre dos o más Cuentas de NETELLER vinculadas (independientemente del estado VIP de cualquiera de las cuentas); transacciones entre dos o más Cuentas de NETELLER vinculadas (independientemente del estado VIP de cualquiera de las Cuentas);
c) transferencias desde su Cuenta de NETELLER a su Cuenta de Skrill o viceversa;
3.3 NETELLER, a su exclusivo criterio y siempre de forma razonable, se reserva el derecho de desestimar cualquier transacción que, pretendiendo ser una Transacción elegible, se advierta como sospechosa de ser un abuso de esta Promoción, incluyendo sin limitación las transacciones que no tengan un fin comercial, múltiples transacciones realizadas para aumentar artificialmente el volumen de Transacciones elegibles, o transacciones que no sean para beneficio personal del titular de la Cuenta.
4. Cómo funciona
Transfiera dinero desde los países participantes a los corredores de recepción de su cuenta bancaria o tarjeta compatible a una cuenta bancaria de un receptor con el Servicio de transferencia de dinero internacional NETELLER y recibirá un descuento sobre el valor de su transferencia que podrá utilizar en su transacción de Transferencia de dinero internacional de NETELLER cuando aplique el código de promoción.
Limitado a un (1) código de promoción por Cliente, es decir, un código de promoción solo puede utilizarse una sola vez.
5. Privacidad y datos personales
El procesamiento de sus datos personales está regido por la Política de privacidad de NETELLER que se le aplicará independientemente de si tiene una Cuenta de NETELLER o no. Si es ganador de un premio, es posible que se le requiera información adicional para verificar el cumplimiento de los presentes Términos y condiciones de la Promoción.
6. Recurso legal
6.1 Si es usted un residente de fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, esta Promoción le llega gracias a Paysafe Financial Services Limited ("PFSL"), una empresa debidamente registrada bajo las leyes de Inglaterra y Gales con el número de empresa 04478861, con sede oficial registrada en 1st floor, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7AD, United Kingdom. NETELLER se reserva el derecho a rechazar la participación o dar el premio a cualquier participante que incumpla estos Términos y condiciones.
6.4 NETELLER se reserva el derecho a anular, cancelar, suspender o modificar la Promoción cuando crea que así sea necesario.
6.5 En la medida en que lo permita la ley, NETELLER ni sus agentes o distribuidores, bajo ninguna circunstancia, serán responsables de compensar al ganador ni aceptarán ninguna responsabilidad por pérdidas, daños, lesiones ni muertes como resultado de aceptar el premio, excepto cuando dichas ocurrencias sean causadas directamente por la negligencia de NETELLER, sus agentes o distribuidores, o la de sus empleados. Sus derechos legales no se ven afectados.
6.6 NETELLER se reserva el derecho de eliminarle de esta Promoción si tiene motivos para creer que ha incumplido o tratado de incumplir estos Términos y condiciones de la Promoción o que haya intentado evadir algún procedimiento operativo o de seguridad.
6.7 NETELLER no se hace responsable en ningún caso por las participaciones que no se hayan completado correctamente a causa de un fallo técnico, un mal funcionamiento de los equipos, un fallo del hardware o del software, o un fallo de cualquier tipo de servidores, redes o satélites.
6.8 Todas las decisiones de NETELLER son finales y vinculantes.
6.9. Además NETELLER no se hace responsable de:
(1) cualquier información incorrecta o inexacta, ya sea causada por los Participantes, errores de impresión o cualquier equipo o programación asociados o utilizados en esta Promoción; (2) fallos técnicos de cualquier tipo, incluidos, entre otros, desperfectos, interrupciones o desconexiones de líneas telefónicas o hardware o software de red; (3) intervención humana no autorizada en cualquier parte del proceso de participación o la Promoción; (4) error técnico o humano que pueda producirse en la administración de esta Promoción o en el procesamiento de las participaciones; o (5) cualquier lesión o daño a personas o propiedades que pueda venir provocado, directa o indirectamente, en todo o en parte, por la participación en la Promoción o la recepción, el uso o el mal uso de cualquier premio.
6.10 Si usted reside fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, todas las preguntas y cuestiones referentes a la construcción, validez, interpretación y aplicabilidad de los presentes Términos y condiciones, o los derechos y las obligaciones del Participante y NETELLER, según corresponda, en relación con esta Promoción, se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de Inglaterra, sin dar efecto a ningún conflicto de leyes o conflicto de derecho aplicable (ya sea en Inglaterra o en cualquier otra jurisdicción) que pudiera causar la aplicación de leyes de cualquier jurisdicción distinta de la de Inglaterra; o si es usted residente en el Espacio Económico Europeo, todas las preguntas y cuestiones referentes a la construcción, validez, interpretación y aplicabilidad de los presentes Términos y condiciones, o los derechos y las obligaciones del Participante y NETELLER, según corresponda, en relación con esta Promoción, se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de Irlanda, sin dar efecto a ningún conflicto de leyes o conflicto de derecho aplicable (ya sea en Irlanda o en cualquier otra jurisdicción) que pudiera causar la aplicación de leyes de cualquier jurisdicción distinta de la de Irlanda.
6.11. Si existe alguna discrepancia entre una versión traducida y la versión original en inglés de estos Términos y condiciones de la Promoción, prevalecerá la versión en inglés.

1. The Promotion
1.1 NETELLER is giving existing NETELLER Account holders using the NETELLER International Money Transfer Service (“NETELLER International Money Transfer”) a one-off Promo Credit Code (as referred to in the table below) that can be used for a cross-border transaction as specified in the table below during the Promotion Period. 1.2 The Promotion runs from 15th April 2022 11:00 GMT up until 29th April 2022 23:59 GMT (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility Criteria
In order to participate in this promotion, you must:
a) Have a registered account with NETELLER in accordance with the relevant NETELLER Terms Of Use (“Account”);
b) Have accepted and agreed to the NETELLER International Money Transfer Terms and Conditions and be a newly registered or existing user of NETELLER International Money Transfer;
c) Have previously completed at least one successful SMT transaction;
d) not use your Account for commercial purposes;
e) not be an employee or an immediate family member of any of the Skrill, NETELLER or Paysafe group companies. For avoidance of doubt “immediately family member” shall mean any individual with any of the following relationships to the employee: a/ spouse, and parents thereof; b/ sons and daughters, and spouses thereof; c/ parents, and spouses thereof; d/ brothers and sisters, and spouses thereof; e/ grandparents and grandchildren, and spouses thereof; f/ domestic partner and parents thereof, including domestic partners of any individual in a/ through g/ of this definition; and g/ any individual related by blood or affinity whose close association with the employee is the equivalent of a family relationship;
f) not be a service provider or an immediate family member of a service provider to any of the Paysafe group companies;
g) be at least 18 years of age;
h) not reside or be located in any country that Skrill’s and NETELLER’s products and/or operations, as the case may be, are prohibited from offering Accounts.
The above are collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Criteria”. If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria you are a qualifying Participant for the purposes of this Promotion. NETELLER reserves the right to require Participants to provide evidence demonstrating that they meet any or all of the Eligibility Criteria and may at its discretion disqualify any Participant if such evidence is not provided within a reasonable time stipulated by NETELLER or if NETELLER (acting reasonably) is not satisfied that the Eligibility Criteria are met.
3. Eligible Transactions
3.1 Eligible transactions (referred to herein as “Eligible Transactions”) are successful transactions authorized using NETELLER International Money Transfer (subject to the NETELLER International Money Transfer Terms Of Use) from a supported card or bank account to a recipient’s bank account or mobile Recipients may not be NETELLER Account Holders at the time of authorizing the Eligible Transaction.
3.2 The following transactions shall not be considered Eligible Transactions:
a) Standard person to person transactions through the NETELLER wallet;
b) Transactions between linked accounts, including transactions between two or more linked NETELLER accounts (regardless of any VIP status of any of the account or accounts); transactions between two or more linked NETELLER accounts (regardless of any VIP status of any of the account or accounts);
c) Transfers from your NETELLER Account to your NETELLER Account and vice versa.
3.3 NETELLER, in their sole but reasonable discretion, reserve the right to disregard any transaction, pretending to be Eligible Transaction, that is deemed suspicious of an abuse of this promotion, including but not limited to, transactions that have no commercial purpose, multiple transactions that are made to artificially increase the volume of Eligible Transactions or transactions that are not for the personal benefit of the Account Holder.
4. How it works
Transfer money from the participating countries to the receive corridors from your bank account or supported card to a recipient’s bank account with NETELLER International Money Transfer service and receive a discount off the value of your transfer which can be used for your NETELLER International Money Transfer transaction when you apply the promo code.
One promo code per customer, i.e. a promo code can be used only once.
5. Privacy and Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is governed by NETELLER Privacy Policy that shall apply to you regardless of whether you have a NETELLER account or not. If you are a prize winner, additional information may be required to verify compliance with these promotion terms and conditions.

6.4 NETELLER reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
6.5 Insofar as is permitted by law, NETELLER, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of NETELLER, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6.6 NETELLER reserves the right to remove you from this Promotion where we have reason to believe that you have breached or tried to breach these Promotion Terms and Conditions or attempted to circumvent any security or operational procedures.
6.7 NETELLER accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6.8 All decisions by NETELLER are final and binding.
6.9 NETELLER is not responsible for:
(1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or this promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
6.10 If you are resident outside of the European Economic Area, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the present Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and NETELLER, as applicable, in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of England or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than England; or If you are resident in the European Economic Area, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the present Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and NETELLER, as applicable, in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Ireland or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Ireland..
6.11 If there is any discrepancy between any translated version and the (original) English version of these promotion terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
