1. La Promozione
1.1. NETELLER offre ai titolari di conti NETELLER esistenti che utilizzano il Servizio di Trasferimenti di denaro internazionale NETELLER (“Trasferimento di denaro internazionale NETELLER”) un Codice di credito Promozionale una tantum (come indicato nella tabella di seguito) che può essere utilizzato per transazioni internazionali come specificato nella tabella di seguito durante il Periodo della Promozione. 1.2 La Promozione è valida dal 15 aprile 2022 11:00 GMT fino al 29 aprile 2022 23:59 GMT (“Periodo della promozione”).
2. Criteri di idoneità
Per poter partecipare alla promozione è necessario:
a) Essere titolari di un conto presso NETELLER in conformità ai termini di utilizzo NETELLER (“Conto")
b) Avere accettato i Termini e condizioni Trasferimento di denaro internazionale NETELLER ed essere utenti nuovi o esistenti del Trasferimento di denaro internazionale NETELLER;
c) Avere precedentemente completato almeno una transazione SMT;
d) non usare il Conto per scopi commerciali.
e) non essere un dipendente o un familiare diretto di un dipendente di qualsiasi azienda di Skrill, NETELLER o del gruppo Paysafe; A scanso di equivoci, "familiare diretto" indica un individuo con una qualsiasi delle seguenti relazioni con il dipendente: a/ coniuge, e relativi genitori; b/ figli e figlie, e relativi coniugi; c/ genitori, e relativi coniugi; d/ fratelli e sorelle, e relativi coniugi; e/ nonni e nipoti, e relativi coniugi; f/ convivente e relativi genitori, inclusi conviventi di soggetti inclusi in questa definizione; e g/ qualsiasi individuo legato da legami di sangue o affinità la cui associazione stretta con il dipendente è l'equivalente di una relazione familiare;
f) non essere un fornitore di servizi o un familiare diretto di un fornitore di servizi di qualsiasi azienda di Paysafe group;
g) avere almeno 18 anni di età;
h) non risiedere o trovarsi in uno dei Paesi che vietano i prodotti e/o le attività di Skrill e NETELLER e il possesso di un Conto Skrill e/o NETELLER; e
Le condizioni summenzionate sono collettivamente denominate "Criteri di Idoneità". Se l'iscritto soddisfa i Criteri di Idoneità è un partecipante idoneo per questa Promozione. NETELLER si riserva il diritto di richiedere ai partecipanti di fornire una prova di aver soddisfatto qualsiasi o tutti i Criteri di Idoneità, e a propria discrezione può squalificare qualsiasi partecipazione in caso tale prova non sia fornita entro un ragionevole intervallo di tempo stabilito da NETELLER (agendo ragionevolmente) e/o se NETELLER non ritiene soddisfatti i Criteri di Idoneità.
3. Transazioni Idonee
3.1 Le Transazioni Idonee (di seguito “Transazioni Idonee”) sono transazioni eseguite correttamente e autorizzate tramite il Trasferimento di denaro internazionale NETELLER (soggetto ai Termini di utilizzo del Trasferimento di denaro internazionale NETELLER) da un conto bancario o una carta supportati verso il conto bancario o mobile I destinatari possono non essere titolari di conti NETELLER al momento dell’autorizzazione della Transazione Idonea.
3.2 Le seguenti transazioni non sono da considerarsi Transazioni Idonee:
a) Transazioni standard da persona a persona tramite il portafoglio NETELLER;
b) Transazioni fra conti collegati, incluse transazioni fra due o più conti NETELLER collegati (indipendentemente dallo stato VIP di uno qualsiasi dei conti); transazioni fra due o più conti collegati NETELLER (indipendentemente dallo stato VIP di uno qualsiasi dei conti),
c) Trasferimenti dal proprio Conto NETELLER al proprio Conto NETELLER o viceversa.
3.3 NETELLER, a propria insindacabile discrezione, si riserva il diritto di rifiutare qualsiasi Transazione Idonea qualora ritenga tale transazione un abuso della Promozione, incluse ma non limitate a: transazioni non a scopo commerciale, transazioni multiple eseguite per aumentare artificiosamente il volume delle Transazioni idonee, transazioni non a vantaggio personale del titolare del Conto.
4. Come funziona
Trasferisci denaro da un Paese partecipante ai corridoi riceventi dal tuo conto bancario o dalle carte supportate al conto bancario del destinatario tramite il Servizio di Trasferimento di denaro internazionale NETELLER e ricevi uno sconto sul valore del tuo trasferimento, che puoi usare per la tua transazione di Trasferimenti di denaro internazionale NETELLER applicando il codice promozionale.
Un codice promozionale per cliente, ovvero ogni codice promozionale può essere usato una sola volta.
5. Privacy e dati personali
Il trattamento dei tuoi dati personali è governato dalla Politica della privacy NETELLER, che si applica indipendentemente dal tuo possesso di un conto NETELLER. Ci riserviamo il diritto di richiedere ulteriori informazioni ai vincitori per verificare la conformità ai presenti Termini e condizioni della Promozione.
6. Ricorso legale

6.3 La partecipazione alla Promozione implica il tacito accordo con i presenti Termini e Condizioni da parte dei Partecipanti per l’uso del Trasferimento di denaro internazionale NETELLER durante la Promozione NETELLER si riserva il diritto di rifiutare la partecipazione o di assegnare il premio a chiunque violi tali termini e condizioni.
6.4 NETELLER si riserva il diritto di ritenere nulla, sospendere, cancellare o modificare l'intera promozione laddove ritenuto necessario.
6.5 Laddove concesso dalla legge, in nessuna circostanza NETELLER o i rispettivi agenti e distributori saranno ritenuti responsabili o tenuti a rimborsare il Vincitore o accettare responsabile per perdite, danni, lesioni personali o decesso avvenuti a seguito del ricevimento del premio ad eccezione di circostanze determinate da negligenza del Promotore, dei suoi agenti o distributori o dei suoi dipendenti. I diritti di legge dei Partecipanti sono validi.
6.6 NETELLER si riserva il diritto di escludere partecipanti dalla promozione laddove abbia ragione di ritenere che tali partecipanti abbiano violato o tentato di violare i presenti Termini e condizioni della Promozione o tentato di eludere procedure di sicurezza od operative.
6.7 NETELLER non si assume responsabilità per le partecipazioni non elaborate correttamente a causa di errori tecnici, malfunzionamenti tecnici, guasti hardware o software, guasti di rete o di server di qualsiasi tipo.
6.8 Tutte le decisioni di NETELLER sono finali e vincolanti.
6.9 NETELLER non è da ritenersi responsabile per:
(1) informazioni errate o imprecise, causate da Partecipanti, da errori di stampa o da qualsiasi apparecchiatura o software associati alla o utilizzati nell'ambito della promozione; (2) guasti tecnici di qualsiasi natura, inclusi ma non limitati a malfunzionamenti, interruzioni, disconnessioni di linee telefoniche o hardware/software di rete; (3) intervento umano non autorizzato in qualsiasi parte del processo o della promozione; (4) errori tecnici o umani che possono verificarsi nella gestione della promozione o nell'elaborazione delle partecipazioni; o (5) qualsiasi lesione o danni alle persone o alle cose causati, direttamente o indirettamente, totalmente o in parte, dalla partecipazione a questa promozione o dal ricevimento o dall'uso corretto od errato di qualsiasi premio.
6.10 Se risiedi al di fuori dello Spazio economico europeo, tutti i problemi e le domande relativi alla costruzione, validità, interpretazione e applicabilità dei presenti Termini e Condizioni, o i diritti e gli obblighi dei partecipanti e di NETELLER, come applicabili, in collegamento a questa Promozione, devono essere governati e costruiti in conformità alle leggi dell’Inghilterra, senza dare effetto ad altre leggi o conflitto con norme di legge (in Inghilterra o altre giurisdizioni), che causerebbero l’applicazione delle leggi di qualsiasi giurisdizione eccetto l’Inghilterra; oppure, se sei residente nello Spazio economico europeo, tutti i problemi e le domande pertinenti alla costruzione, validità, interpretazione e applicabilità dei presenti Termini e Condizioni, o i diritti e gli obblighi dei partecipanti e di NETELLER, come applicabili, in collegamento a questa Promozione sono governati e costruiti in conformità alle leggi dell’Irlanda, senza dare effetto ad altre leggi o conflitto con norme di legge (in Irlanda o altre giurisdizioni), che causerebbero l’applicazione delle leggi di qualsiasi giurisdizione eccetto l’Irlanda.
6.11 In caso di discrepanze fra qualsiasi versione tradotta e la versione in lingua inglese (originale) dei presenti Termini e condizioni della Promozione, la versione in lingua inglese ha priorità.

1.2 The Promotion runs from 15th April 2022 11:00 GMT up until 29th April 2022 23:59 GMT (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility Criteria
In order to participate in this promotion, you must:
a) Have a registered account with NETELLER in accordance with the relevant NETELLER Terms Of Use (“Account”);
b) Have accepted and agreed to the NETELLER International Money Transfer Terms and Conditions and be a newly registered or existing user of NETELLER International Money Transfer;
c) Have previously completed at least one successful SMT transaction;
d) not use your Account for commercial purposes;
e) not be an employee or an immediate family member of any of the Skrill, NETELLER or Paysafe group companies. For avoidance of doubt “immediately family member” shall mean any individual with any of the following relationships to the employee: a/ spouse, and parents thereof; b/ sons and daughters, and spouses thereof; c/ parents, and spouses thereof; d/ brothers and sisters, and spouses thereof; e/ grandparents and grandchildren, and spouses thereof; f/ domestic partner and parents thereof, including domestic partners of any individual in a/ through g/ of this definition; and g/ any individual related by blood or affinity whose close association with the employee is the equivalent of a family relationship;
f) not be a service provider or an immediate family member of a service provider to any of the Paysafe group companies;

The above are collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Criteria”. If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria you are a qualifying Participant for the purposes of this Promotion. NETELLER reserves the right to require Participants to provide evidence demonstrating that they meet any or all of the Eligibility Criteria and may at its discretion disqualify any Participant if such evidence is not provided within a reasonable time stipulated by NETELLER or if NETELLER (acting reasonably) is not satisfied that the Eligibility Criteria are met.
3. Eligible Transactions
3.1 Eligible transactions (referred to herein as “Eligible Transactions”) are successful transactions authorized using NETELLER International Money Transfer (subject to the NETELLER International Money Transfer Terms Of Use) from a supported card or bank account to a recipient’s bank account or mobile Recipients may not be NETELLER Account Holders at the time of authorizing the Eligible Transaction.
3.2 The following transactions shall not be considered Eligible Transactions:
a) Standard person to person transactions through the NETELLER wallet;
b) Transactions between linked accounts, including transactions between two or more linked NETELLER accounts (regardless of any VIP status of any of the account or accounts); transactions between two or more linked NETELLER accounts (regardless of any VIP status of any of the account or accounts);
c) Transfers from your NETELLER Account to your NETELLER Account and vice versa.
3.3 NETELLER, in their sole but reasonable discretion, reserve the right to disregard any transaction, pretending to be Eligible Transaction, that is deemed suspicious of an abuse of this promotion, including but not limited to, transactions that have no commercial purpose, multiple transactions that are made to artificially increase the volume of Eligible Transactions or transactions that are not for the personal benefit of the Account Holder.
4. How it works
Transfer money from the participating countries to the receive corridors from your bank account or supported card to a recipient’s bank account with NETELLER International Money Transfer service and receive a discount off the value of your transfer which can be used for your NETELLER International Money Transfer transaction when you apply the promo code.
One promo code per customer, i.e. a promo code can be used only once.
5. Privacy and Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is governed by NETELLER Privacy Policy that shall apply to you regardless of whether you have a NETELLER account or not. If you are a prize winner, additional information may be required to verify compliance with these promotion terms and conditions.

6.8 All decisions by NETELLER are final and binding.

(1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or this promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
6.10 If you are resident outside of the European Economic Area, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the present Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and NETELLER, as applicable, in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of England or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than England; or If you are resident in the European Economic Area, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the present Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and NETELLER, as applicable, in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Ireland or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Ireland..
6.11 If there is any discrepancy between any translated version and the (original) English version of these promotion terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
