1. A Promoção

1.1 A NETELLER está a oferecer aos titulares de Contas NETELLER existentes que utilizam o Serviço de Transferência Monetária Internacional NETELLER ("Transferência Monetária Internacional NETELLER") um Código de Crédito Promocional único (conforme referido na tabela abaixo) que pode ser utilizado para uma transação internacional, conforme especificado na tabela abaixo, durante o Período da Promoção. 1.2 A Promoção é válida de 15 de abril de 2022 às 11:00 GMT até 29 de abril de 2022 às 23:59 GMT (o "Período da Promoção").

2. Critérios de Elegibilidade

Para participar nesta promoção, é necessário:

a) Ter uma conta registada na NETELLER conforme os Termos de Utilização da NETELLER relevantes ("Conta");

b) Ter aceite e concordado com os Termos e Condições de Transferência Monetária Internacional NETELLER e ser um utilizador recém-registado ou existente da Transferência Monetária Internacional NETELLER;

c) Ter concluído previamente pelo menos uma transação SMT com êxito;

d) não usar a sua Conta para fins comerciais;

e) não ser funcionário ou familiar direto de qualquer uma das empresas do grupo Skrill, NETELLER ou Paysafe. Para evitar dúvidas, entende-se por "membro da família direta" qualquer pessoa com uma das seguintes relações com o funcionário: a) cônjuge e respetivos pais; b) filhos e filhas e respetivos cônjuges; c) pais e respetivos cônjuges; d) irmãos e irmãs e respetivos cônjuges; e) avós e netos e respetivos cônjuges; f) parceiro doméstico e respetivos pais, incluindo parceiros domésticos de qualquer indivíduo a) a g) desta definição e g) qualquer indivíduo relacionado por sangue ou afinidade cuja estreita associação com o empregado é o equivalente a uma relação familiar;

f) não ser um prestador de serviços ou um familiar direto de um prestador de serviços de qualquer uma das empresas do grupo Paysafe;

g) ter pelo menos 18 anos de idade;

h) não residir ou estar localizado em qualquer país onde os produtos e/ou operações da Skrill e da NETELLER, conforme o caso, estejam proibidos de oferecer Contas.

Os critérios acima referidos são coletivamente designados por "Critérios de Elegibilidade". Caso corresponda aos Critérios de Elegibilidade, será considerado um Participante elegível para efeitos da presente Promoção. A NETELLER reserva-se o direito de exigir que os participantes forneçam comprovantes que demonstrem que cumprem qualquer um ou todos os Critérios de Elegibilidade e pode, a seu critério, desqualificar qualquer participante se essas provas não forem fornecidas dentro de um prazo razoável estipulado pela NETELLER ou se a NETELLER (a agir razoavelmente) não estiver convencida de que os Critérios de Elegibilidade foram cumpridos.

3. Transações Elegíveis

3.1 As transações elegíveis (aqui referidas como "Transações Elegíveis") são transações concluídas com êxito, autorizadas por meio de Transferência Monetária Internacional NETELLER (sujeitas aos Termos de Utilização de Transferência Monetária Internacional NETELLER) de um cartão ou conta bancária aceites para a conta bancária ou telemóvel de um destinatário. Os destinatários podem não ser titulares de conta NETELLER no momento da autorização da Transação Elegível.

3.2 As seguintes transações não serão consideradas Transações Elegíveis:

a) Transações normais de pessoa para pessoa através da carteira NETELLER;

b) Transações entre contas ligadas, incluindo transações entre duas ou mais contas NETELLER ligadas (independentemente de qualquer status VIP de qualquer uma das contas); transações entre duas ou mais contas NETELLER ligadas (independentemente de qualquer status VIP de qualquer uma das contas);

c) Transferências da sua conta NETELLER para a sua conta Skrill e vice-versa.

3.3 A NETELLER, a seu critério exclusivo, mas adequado, reserva-se o direito de não considerar qualquer transação, que aparente ser uma Transação Elegível, que seja considerada uma suspeita de abuso desta promoção, incluindo, mas não se limitando a, transações que não tenham finalidade comercial, transações múltiplas que sejam feitas para aumentar artificialmente o volume de Transações Elegíveis ou transações que não sejam para benefício pessoal do Titular da Conta.

4. Como funciona

Realize transferências monetárias a partir dos países participantes para os países destinatários abrangidos, de sua conta bancária ou cartão suportado para a conta bancária de um destinatário com o serviço de Transferência Monetária Internacional NETELLER e receba um desconto sobre o valor da sua transferência, que pode ser utilizado em sua transação de Transferência Monetária Internacional NETELLER ao aplicar o código promocional.

Um código promocional por cliente, ou seja, um código promocional só pode ser utilizado uma vez.

5. Privacidade e Dados Pessoais

O processamento dos seus dados pessoais é regido pela Política de Privacidade da NETELLER que é aplicada independentemente de ser titular de uma conta NETELLER ou não. Caso seja o vencedor de um prémio, poderão ser solicitadas informações adicionais para verificar o cumprimento dos termos e condições da promoção.

6. Recursos Legais

6.1 Caso resida fora do Espaço Económico Europeu, esta Promoção será apresentada pela Paysafe Financial Services Limited ("PFSL"), uma empresa devidamente registada nos termos das leis de Inglaterra e do País de Gales sob o número 04478861, com sede social em 1st floor, 2 Gresham Street, Londres, EC2V 7AD, Reino Unido. A NETELLER reserva-se o direito de recusar a entrada ou a atribuição do prémio a qualquer pessoa que viole estes termos e condições.

6.4 A NETELLER reserva-se o direito de anular, cancelar, suspender ou alterar a promoção sempre que necessário.

6.5 Na medida do permitido por lei, a NETELLER, os seus agentes ou distribuidores não serão, sob hipótese alguma, responsáveis ou obrigados a compensar o vencedor ou a aceitar qualquer responsabilidade por qualquer perda, dano, dano pessoal ou morte que ocorra em decorrência da aceitação do prémio, exceto se for causado por negligência da NETELLER, dos seus agentes ou distribuidores ou dos seus funcionários. Os seus direitos legais não serão prejudicados.

6.7 A NETELLER não se responsabiliza por entradas não concluídas com êxito devido a uma falha técnica, mau funcionamento técnico, falha de hardware ou software do computador, falha de satélite, rede ou servidor de qualquer tipo.

6.8 Todas as decisões da NETELLER são finais e vinculativas.

6.9 A NETELLER não é responsável por:

(1) qualquer informação incorreta ou inexata, quer seja causada pelos participantes, por erros de impressão ou por qualquer equipamento, ou programação associados ou utilizados nesta promoção; (2) falhas técnicas de qualquer tipo, incluindo, mas não se limitando a, avarias, interrupções ou desconexões em linhas telefónicas ou hardware ou software de rede; (3) intervenção humana não autorizada em qualquer parte do processo de registo ou desta promoção; (4) erros técnicos ou humanos que possam ocorrer na administração desta promoção ou no processamento das participações; ou (5) quaisquer ferimentos ou danos a pessoas ou bens que possam ser causados, direta ou indiretamente, no todo ou em parte, pela participação nesta promoção, ou pela receção, utilização ou má utilização de qualquer prémio.

6.10 Se residir fora do Espaço Económico Europeu, todas as questões e assuntos relativos à construção, validade, interpretação e aplicabilidade dos presentes Termos e Condições da Promoção, ou aos direitos e obrigações do Participante e da NETELLER, conforme aplicável, relacionados a esta Promoção, serão regidos e interpretados nos termos da legislação da Inglaterra, independentemente de qualquer escolha de lei ou conflito de regras legais (seja da Inglaterra ou de qualquer outra jurisdição), o que causaria a aplicação das leis de qualquer outra jurisdição que não a Inglaterra; ou Se residir no Espaço Económico Europeu, todas as questões e assuntos relativos à construção, validade, interpretação e aplicabilidade dos presentes Termos e Condições da Promoção, ou os direitos e obrigações do Participante e da NETELLER, conforme aplicável, em relação a esta Promoção serão regidos e interpretados nos termos da legislação da Irlanda, independentemente de qualquer escolha de lei ou conflito de regras legais ( seja da Irlanda ou de qualquer outra jurisdição), que causaria a aplicação das leis de qualquer outra jurisdição que não a Irlanda.

6.11 Em caso de discrepância entre uma versão traduzida e a versão inglesa (original) das presentes condições de promoção, prevalecerá a versão inglesa.

1.2 The Promotion runs from 15^th April 2022 11:00 GMT up until 29^th April 2022 23:59 GMT (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility Criteria

In order to participate in this promotion, you must:

a) Have a registered account with NETELLER in accordance with the relevant NETELLER Terms Of Use (“Account”);

b) Have accepted and agreed to the NETELLER International Money Transfer Terms and Conditions and be a newly registered or existing user of NETELLER International Money Transfer;

c) Have previously completed at least one successful SMT transaction;

d) not use your Account for commercial purposes;

e) not be an employee or an immediate family member of any of the Skrill, NETELLER or Paysafe group companies. The above are collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Criteria”. If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria you are a qualifying Participant for the purposes of this Promotion. NETELLER reserves the right to require Participants to provide evidence demonstrating that they meet any or all of the Eligibility Criteria and may at its discretion disqualify any Participant if such evidence is not provided within a reasonable time stipulated by NETELLER or if NETELLER (acting reasonably) is not satisfied that the Eligibility Criteria are met.

3. Eligible Transactions

3.1 Eligible transactions (referred to herein as “Eligible Transactions”) are successful transactions authorized using NETELLER International Money Transfer (subject to the NETELLER International Money Transfer Terms Of Use) from a supported card or bank account to a recipient’s bank account or mobile Recipients may not be NETELLER Account Holders at the time of authorizing the Eligible Transaction.

3.2 The following transactions shall not be considered Eligible Transactions:

a) Standard person to person transactions through the NETELLER wallet;

b) Transactions between linked accounts, including transactions between two or more linked NETELLER accounts (regardless of any VIP status of any of the account or accounts); transactions between two or more linked NETELLER accounts (regardless of any VIP status of any of the account or accounts);

c) Transfers from your NETELLER Account to your NETELLER Account and vice versa.

3.3 NETELLER, in their sole but reasonable discretion, reserve the right to disregard any transaction, pretending to be Eligible Transaction, that is deemed suspicious of an abuse of this promotion, including but not limited to, transactions that have no commercial purpose, multiple transactions that are made to artificially increase the volume of Eligible Transactions or transactions that are not for the personal benefit of the Account Holder.

4. How it works

Transfer money from the participating countries to the receive corridors from your bank account or supported card to a recipient’s bank account with NETELLER International Money Transfer service and receive a discount off the value of your transfer which can be used for your NETELLER International Money Transfer transaction when you apply the promo code.

One promo code per customer, i.e. a promo code can be used only once.

5. Privacy and Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is governed by NETELLER Privacy Policy that shall apply to you regardless of whether you have a NETELLER account or not. If you are a prize winner, additional information may be required to verify compliance with these promotion terms and conditions.

6. Legal Resourse

6.7 NETELLER accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

6.8 All decisions by NETELLER are final and binding.

6.9 NETELLER is not responsible for:

(1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or this promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

6.10 If you are resident outside of the European Economic Area, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the present Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and NETELLER, as applicable, in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of England or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than England; or If you are resident in the European Economic Area, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the present Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and NETELLER, as applicable, in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Ireland or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Ireland..

6.11 If there is any discrepancy between any translated version and the (original) English version of these promotion terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
