1.2 본 프로모션은 2022년 4월 15일 11:00 GMT부터 2022년 4월 29일 23:59 GMT까지(이하 “프로모션 기간”) 진행됩니다.

2. 자격 기준

이 프로모션에 참여하기 위한 자격은 다음과 같습니다.

a) 관련 NETELLER 이용 약관에 따라 NETELLER에 등록된 계정(이하 “계정”)이 있어야 합니다.

f) Paysafe 그룹 회사의 서비스 제공업체이거나 서비스 제공업체의 직계 가족이어서는 안 됩니다.

g) 18세 이상이어야 합니다.

h) Skrill 및 NETELLER의 제품 및/또는 사업체가 계정 제공이 금지된 국가에 거주하거나 소재하지 않아야 합니다.

상기 조건을 통칭하여 "자격 기준"이라 합니다. 자격 기준에 부합되면 본 프로모션의 목적에 부합하는 적격 참가자입니다. NETELLER는 참가자에게 자격 기준의 일부 또는 전부를 충족한다는 것을 입증하는 증거를 제공하도록 요구할 권리를 보유하며, NETELLER가 정한 합리적인 시간 내에 그러한 증거를 제공하지 않거나 NETELLER가 (합리적으로 행동하여) 자격 기준이 충족되었다고 확신하지 못하는 경우 재량에 따라 참가자의 자격을 박탈할 수 있습니다.

3. 적격 거래

3.1 적격 거래(이하 "적격 거래")는 지원되는 카드 또는 은행 계좌에서 수취인의 은행 계좌 또는 모바일로 (NETELLER 국제 송금 이용 약관에 따라) NETELLER 국제 송금 서비스를 이용하여 승인된 성공적인 거래입니다. 수취인은 적격 거래 승인 시점에 NETELLER 계정 소유자가 아닐 수 있습니다.

3.2 다음 거래는 적격 거래로 간주되지 않습니다.

a) NETELLER 지갑을 통한 표준 개인 간 거래

b) 연결된 두 개 이상의 NETELLER 계정 간의 거래를 포함하여 (계정 또는 계정의 VIP 지위와 관계없이) 연결된 계정 간의 거래, (계정 또는 계정의 VIP 지위와 관계없이) 연결된 두 개 이상의 NETELLER 계정 간의 거래

c) NETELLER 계정에서 Skrill 계정으로 또는 그 반대로 이체

3.3 NETELLER는 합리적인 단독 재량에 따라 본 프로모션의 오용이 의심된다고 판단되는, 적격 거래인 것처럼 가장하는 모든 거래를 무시할 수 있는 권한을 보유하며 여기에는 상업적 목적이 없는 거래, 자격 거래의 규모를 인위적으로 증가시키기 위하여 행해진 다중 거래, 또는 계정 보유자의 개인적 이익을 목적으로 하지 않는 거래를 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않습니다.

4. 방법

NETELLER 국제 송금 서비스를 통해 참여 국가에서 수취인 은행 계좌 또는 지원되는 카드에서 수취인의 은행 계좌로 송금하고 송금액에 대한 할인을 받을 수 있으며, 할인된 금액은 프로모션 코드 적용 시 NETELLER 국제 송금 거래에 사용할 수 있습니다.

프로모션 코드는 고객당 한 개씩입니다. 즉 프로모션 코드는 한 번만 사용할 수 있습니다.

5. 사생활 및 개인 정보

귀하의 개인 정보 처리에는 NETELLER 계정 보유 여부와 관계없이 귀하에게 적용되는 NETELLER 개인정보 보호정책이 적용됩니다. 경품 당첨자인 경우, 본 프로모션 이용 약관의 준수 여부를 확인하기 위해 추가 정보가 필요할 수 있습니다.

6. 법적 소구

6.1 유럽 경제 지역 이외의 지역에 거주하는 경우, 본 프로모션은 잉글랜드 및 웨일즈 법률에 따라 회사 번호 04478861로 정식 등록된 회사로서 영국, 런던, EC2V 7AD, 2 Gresham Street, 1층에 등록 사무소를 두고 있는 Paysafe Financial Services Limited("PFSL")가 제공합니다. 6.7 NETELLER는 기술적 결함, 기술적 오작동, 컴퓨터 하드웨어 또는 소프트웨어 오류, 위성, 네트워크 또는 서버 장애로 인해 성공적으로 완료되지 않은 응모에 대해 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.

6.8 NETELLER의 모든 결정은 최종 결정이며 구속력을 가집니다.

6.9 NETELLER는 다음에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

6.10 귀하가 유럽 경제 지역 이외의 지역에 거주하는 경우 현 프로모션 약관의 구성, 타당성, 해석, 시행 가능성 또는 해당 프로모션과 관련한 참가자 및 NETELLER의 권한 및 의무(경우에 따라)에 관한 모든 문제와 문의 사항은 잉글랜드 법률을 따르며 이에 따라 해석해야 합니다. 이로 인해 잉글랜드 이외의 여타 관할권의 법률을 적용할 수 있게 되는 결과를 초래하는 각종 법률 선택 또는 법 규정 충돌(잉글랜드 또는 여타 관할권 등 소재지 불문) 판결에는 아무런 효력이 없습니다. 또는 귀하가 유럽 경제 지역 내에 거주하는 경우 현행 프로모션 약관의 구성, 타당성, 해석, 시행 가능성 또는 해당 프로모션과 관련한 참여자 및 NETELLER의 권한 및 의무(경우에 따라)에 관한 모든 문제와 문의 사항은 아일랜드 법률을 따르며 이에 따라 해석해야 합니다. 이로 인해 아일랜드 이외의 여타 관할권의 법률을 적용할 수 있게 되는 결과를 초래하는 각종 법률 선택 또는 법 규정 충돌(아일랜드 또는 여타 관할권 등 소재지 불문) 판결에는 아무런 효력이 없습니다.

6.11. 본 프로모션 사용 약관의 번역본과 (원본) 영문본이 불일치하는 경우, 영문본을 우선시합니다.

1.2 The Promotion runs from 15^th April 2022 11:00 GMT up until 29^th April 2022 23:59 GMT (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility Criteria

In order to participate in this promotion, you must:

a) Have a registered account with NETELLER in accordance with the relevant NETELLER Terms Of Use (“Account”);

b) Have accepted and agreed to the NETELLER International Money Transfer Terms and Conditions and be a newly registered or existing user of NETELLER International Money Transfer;

c) Have previously completed at least one successful SMT transaction;

d) not use your Account for commercial purposes;

e) not be an employee or an immediate family member of any of the Skrill, NETELLER or Paysafe group companies. The above are collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Criteria”. If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria you are a qualifying Participant for the purposes of this Promotion. 3. Eligible Transactions

3.1 Eligible transactions (referred to herein as “Eligible Transactions”) are successful transactions authorized using NETELLER International Money Transfer (subject to the NETELLER International Money Transfer Terms Of Use) from a supported card or bank account to a recipient’s bank account or mobile Recipients may not be NETELLER Account Holders at the time of authorizing the Eligible Transaction.

3.2 The following transactions shall not be considered Eligible Transactions:

a) Standard person to person transactions through the NETELLER wallet;

b) Transactions between linked accounts, including transactions between two or more linked NETELLER accounts (regardless of any VIP status of any of the account or accounts); transactions between two or more linked NETELLER accounts (regardless of any VIP status of any of the account or accounts);

c) Transfers from your NETELLER Account to your NETELLER Account and vice versa.

3.3 NETELLER, in their sole but reasonable discretion, reserve the right to disregard any transaction, pretending to be Eligible Transaction, that is deemed suspicious of an abuse of this promotion, including but not limited to, transactions that have no commercial purpose, multiple transactions that are made to artificially increase the volume of Eligible Transactions or transactions that are not for the personal benefit of the Account Holder.

4. How it works

Transfer money from the participating countries to the receive corridors from your bank account or supported card to a recipient’s bank account with NETELLER International Money Transfer service and receive a discount off the value of your transfer which can be used for your NETELLER International Money Transfer transaction when you apply the promo code.

One promo code per customer, i.e. a promo code can be used only once.

5. Privacy and Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is governed by NETELLER Privacy Policy that shall apply to you regardless of whether you have a NETELLER account or not. If you are a prize winner, additional information may be required to verify compliance with these promotion terms and conditions.

6.8 All decisions by NETELLER are final and binding.

6.9 NETELLER is not responsible for:

(1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or this promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

6.10 If you are resident outside of the European Economic Area, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the present Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and NETELLER, as applicable, in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of England or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than England; or If you are resident in the European Economic Area, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the present Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and NETELLER, as applicable, in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Ireland or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Ireland..

6.11 If there is any discrepancy between any translated version and the (original) English version of these promotion terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
